Cold and Flu Season and COVID

As we head into cold and flu season, we are asking for your help self-screening for cold and flu symptoms, which overlap quite a bit with COVID symptoms. Please know that your safety during your time in our offices is important to us, so we ask that if you are experiencing symptoms or can answer YES to any question below, please call our main phone in Spokane, 800-545-4715, to advise.
Have you had the onset of any of these symptoms in the last 10 days?
Fever above 100 degrees or chills
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Muscle or body aches
Recent loss of taste or smell
Nausea or vomiting
Have you had a positive COVID-19 test for active virus in the past 10 days?
Within the past 14 days, have you been 6 feet or closer for more than 15 minutes with a person known to have COVID-19?
Within the past 14 days, have you had direct contact with fluids (for example, coughed or sneezed on) from a person known to have COVID-19?
Within the past 14 days, has a public health official or medical professional told you to self-monitor, self-isolate, or self-quarantine because of concerns about COVID-19 infection?
